The movement on this watch was also very stiff and something was not right with it day one. I sent a cheque for $25 by their instructions of guarantee.

I received a chart back in the mail approximately during three weeks acknowledging receipt of my watch later, with a delivery envisaged again with me of mid-November. Up to now, so good.

Well, I did not receive the watch behind until December 13, thus this simple repair took 2-1/2 month, which is an incredibly long time to wait, IMHO.
